This Privacy Policy explains what happens to information about you when you visit the website of Norn Dynamics LLC (“Norn Dynamics”, “we”, “us” or “our”) at norndynamics.tech. It describes what the website actually does, not what websites usually do.

What the website does not do

• It does not set cookies, so it asks for no cookie consent.
• It loads nothing from another company when a page opens: fonts, images and scripts are served by the website itself.
• It sends nothing you type into a form to us or to anyone else.
• It contains no advertising, social-network or tracking code, and we do not sell or share visitor information.

Hosting

The website is a set of static pages served by a web hosting provider. As with any website, delivering a page requires your browser to send the provider your IP address and details such as your browser type. The provider handles that connection data under its own privacy policy. We do not use it to identify you.

Enquiries and forms

The Pilot request form and the investor data room request form do not submit anything to a server. When you press send, the form turns what you typed into a draft email in your own mail program, or in the webmail service you choose. Nothing reaches us unless you send that email. Until then, what you typed stays in your browser.

If you send the email, we receive your name, email address and whatever else you wrote. Our company email is provided by Google Workspace, so your email is stored by Google on our behalf under Google’s privacy policy. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not add you to any list, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

Retention. We keep enquiry emails while we are discussing your enquiry with you. If no business relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months of our last exchange. If a business relationship follows, we keep correspondence for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Analytics

To understand how the website is used, we may count page visits and whether the Pilot request form was reached or prepared, using Matomo analytics configured to set no cookies and to store nothing in your browser. A visit report contains the page address (without any query string), the page title, the referring page and your screen size. It never contains anything you type into a form. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, your visit is not recorded at all.

Things that happen only if you choose them

• Video. The video on our contact card page is hosted by YouTube. Until you press play, your browser does not contact YouTube. When you press play, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and from then on YouTube receives your IP address and browser details and handles them under Google’s privacy policy.
• Webmail. If you choose Gmail or Outlook to send an enquiry, the draft opens in that service and is handled by your provider.
• Links. Links to other websites, such as social networks, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your theme choice

Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your own browser’s storage. It is never sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser.

Access and deletion

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@norndynamics.tech. We will reply within 30 days. Analytics reports are not linked to your name or email address, so we cannot find or delete them for an individual visitor; to avoid being recorded, enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Changes

If what the website does with visitor information changes, we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.
